This report is based on the Analysis on 2016-2018 Unicorn Enterprise Data of the GEI. The report is divided into three parts，the first part is based on the unicorn data to analyze the development of Internet+，Big Data+，AI+ in China. The second does research on the prominent development fields and the rising trend of new cities on digital economy based on data analysis. The third is to analyze the new law and new path of the growth of digital economic enterprises. The report argues that the unicorn enterprises represent the new economy while their development and innovative direction represent the trend of digital economy in China. At present，it is in the outbreak period in the fields of education，medical care and artificial intelligence. Some cities like Nanjing，Wuhan and Chengdu are becoming new digital economic cities following Beijing、Shanghai、Shenzhen and Hangzhou. In addition，the scene has become a test field for new technologies，a new way of commercializing enterprise technology，and a new carrier for the integration of digital technology and the real economy.
