住房是影响人口流动的重要因素。本报告利用国家卫生健康委的“中国流动人口动态监测调查数据(CMDS)”,分析贵州省流动人口住房情况。结果表明,流动人口的住房性质主要是租住商品房,其次是购房;2011~2017年,购房占比从9。6%增加到27。5%,租住商品房占比从76。7%下降到60。1%。回归分析结果表明:性别、流动范围、月工资收入、月住房支出、年龄等变量对购房决策有显著影响;性别、流动范围、文化程度、月住房支出等变量对租住商品房决策有显著影响,最后提出相应建议。
<<Housing is an important factor affecting population mobility. In this paper,the author uses the “China Mobile Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey Data (CMDS)” of the National Health Commission to analyze the housing situation of the floating population in Guizhou Province. The results show that the floating population mainly rents commercial houses,followed by purchases houses. From 2011 to 2017,the proportion of purchasing house increased from 9.6% to 27.5%,and the proportion of renting commercial house decreased from 76.7% to 60.1%. The results of regression analysis show that gender,mobility range,wage level,housing expenditure,age and other variables have a significant impact on the decision of purchasing house,while gender,mobility range,education level,housing expenditure and other variables have a significant impact on the decision of renting commercial housing. Finally,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
