2009~2018年,贵州省房地产市场稳健发展。十年间,房地产开发投资累计16306。38亿元,累计新开工面积38215。82万平方米,累计竣工面积17435。61万平方米;商品房总销售面积31172。89万平方米,其中住宅销售面积26877。21万平方米。贵州省房地产市场前期以贵阳市为主导,贵阳市在房地产各项指数中占比较高,后期区域发展逐渐趋于均衡。
<<Guizhou real estate market developed steadily from 2009 to 2018. In the past ten years,the total investment in real estate development was 1630.638 billion yuan,with a total newly started area of 382.1582 million M2 and a total completed area of 174.3561 million M2. The total sales area of commercial housing was 311.7289 million M2,of which 268.7721 million M2 were residential sales area. The real estate market in Guizhou Province was dominated by Guiyang City in the early stage. Guiyang City accounted for a relatively high proportion of the real estate indexes,and the development of each region gradually tended to be balanced in the later stage.
