Guizhou real estate market developed steadily from 2009 to 2018. In the past ten years，the total investment in real estate development was 1630.638 billion yuan，with a total newly started area of 382.1582 million M² and a total completed area of 174.3561 million M². The total sales area of commercial housing was 311.7289 million M²，of which 268.7721 million M² were residential sales area. The real estate market in Guizhou Province was dominated by Guiyang City in the early stage. Guiyang City accounted for a relatively high proportion of the real estate indexes，and the development of each region gradually tended to be balanced in the later stage.
