    贵州房地产消费融资

    摘要

    住房信贷政策是地方政府房地产市场调控的手段之一。2018年,中国人民银行贵阳中心支行持续完善“因城施策”差别化住房信贷政策体系,实施好“一城一策”房地产金融政策,重点支持居民住房刚性需求和改善性住房需求。2018年贵州省企业购房贷款和个人购房贷款呈现“一降一增”态势,企业购房贷款余额15。0亿元,较上年减少2。3亿元,占购房贷款余额的比重小。个人购房贷款占购房贷款余额比重为99。6%,是购房贷款的主要组成部分。全省金融机构个人购房贷款余额为3439。3亿元,同比增长22。7%。

    Abstract

    The housing credit policy is one of the means for local government to regulate and control the real estate market. In 2018,Guiyang Branch of the People’s Bank of China continued to implement differential housing credit policy based on different cities’ condition,carried out the real estate financial policy of “Different City,Different Policy” and focused on supporting the rigid and improving demands of residents for housing. In 2018,the loans for enterprises and individuals in Guizhou Province showed a trend of “one decline and one increase.” The balance of housing purchase loans of enterprises was 1.5 billion yuan,a decrease of 230 million yuan over the previous year,accounting for a small proportion of the balance of housing purchase loans. The proportion of individual housing purchase loan to the balance of housing purchase loan was 99.6%,which was the main component of housing purchase loan. The balance of individual housing loan from financial institutions in the province was 343.93 billion yuan,an increase of 22.7 percent over the same period last year.
