In 2018，the basic policy of “no speculation in housing” was implemented in Guizhou and the investment in real estate development has been steadily increasing at a slowly rate. The real estate loans of financial institutions in the province kept growing，and the growth rate was higher than the average growth rate of all loans in the province. At the end of the year，real estate loans accounted for 25.7% of the whole province’s loan balance，in which the landed property development loans and house property development loans showed a different increasing degree.
