2018年,贵阳市房地产开发完成投资985。96亿元,同比下降3。9%;全市商品房销售面积1118。97万平方米,同比增长3。8%。全年商品房库存面积为1049。74万平方米,去化周期为12个月,库存保持在合理可控范围,去化周期控制在合理范围之内。房地产市场总体运行平稳,因受调控政策影响,房地产主要指标虽然保持增长,但增速呈现回落态势。

The number of commodity house sales in Guiyang was 11.1897 million M2,an increase of 3.8% compared with last year. During the year,the inventory area of commercial housing was 10.4974 million M2,the destocking cycle was 12 months,the inventory and destocking cycle were controlled within a reasonable range.
