Government websites become more effective in spreading information，while more hot issues were first covered by official Weibo accounts of media. Success stories of high productivity，capable operators and profitable business in the course of quality agricultural development across China appeared frequently. New interpretation of the concept of food security adapted to the times was a central topic. Lowered minimum purchase price of wheat and rice invited extensive attention and multi-dimensional debates，as “better price for better produce” became consensus.
