2018年“三农”舆情总量较上年大幅增长,乡村振兴战略实施、农业高质量发展、农村土地制度改革、农村人居环境整治等话题引发广泛关注。有关部门积极推动媒体融合发展,创新丰富舆论引导内容和渠道,“三农”权威声音的传播力、引导力、影响力和公信力充分彰显。新时代“三农”发展引发同频共振,舆论场重农助农氛围浓厚。可视化传播推动舆情热度升温,农产品营销中的“粉丝经济”效应凸显。中国农业对外合作蓬勃发展,“三农”舆情国际传播能力不断提升。展望2019年,打赢脱贫攻坚战中的产业扶贫话题、乡村振兴战略实施总部署下的农业农村改革发展话题、农业高质量发展背景下的粮食安全话题,以及农村人居环境整治与民生保障话题等将继续成为舆论关注热点。
<<Nationwide,the volume of information reflecting public opinions on agriculture,rural areas and farmers was much bigger in 2018 than the previous year,as the implementation of the Rural Revitalization strategy,quality development of agriculture sectors,reform of the rural land system and the improvement of rural living environment attracted wide attention. Thanks to the efforts by competent authorities to facilitate the integration of a variety of media and create new ways and vehicles for dialogues with the public,credible information on agriculture-related issues were effectively communicated. The talk about agricultural and rural development in thenew era resonated across the country,stimulating strong public interest in and support to farming. Visual media helped to capture more attention,especially in marketing campaigns,where “fan economy” was showing its power. Beyond the border,as China’s international agricultural cooperation grows robustly,its capability to communicate with a global audience was also improved. Looking into 2019,sustained public interest will be observed on the business facilitation approach to poverty alleviation,the agricultural and rural reform under the overarching Rural Revitalization strategy,food security in the context of quality agricultural development,improvement of rural living environment,and the efforts to ensure people’s wellbeing.
