in 2018，China’s regional rule of law has achieved remarkable results in legislation，law-based government and judicial construction. Regional legislation had highlights and reasonable planning；Regional government under the rule of law hadclear objectives and appropriate measures. Regional judicial reform was deepened and effective coordination was achieved. However，it still faces challenges such as limited space for regional legislation，inconsistent standards for regional administrative law enforcement，and narrow areas of regional judicial cooperation. It is necessary to further exert regional legislative initiative and innovation，standardize regional administrative law enforcement standards，and expand the field of regional judicial cooperation. Looking ahead，regional rule of law will enjoy more policy support and development opportunities in such areas as the business environment，law enforcement reform，independent innovation and ecological protection.
