In 2018，Courts in Jiangsu in accordance with the deployment requirements of the CPC Central Committee，Supreme People’s court，the Provincial Party Committee of Jiangsu，the Jiangsu Court closely focused on the goal of “letting the people feel fair and justice in every judicial case”，fully implementing the judicial responsibility system，and standardizing the operation of judicial power，deepening the classification management of court personnel and the reform of occupational security system，diversifying ADR mechanism，deepening the reform of the mechanism of diversion of complicated and simple cases，deepening the reform of the judicial decision implementation mechanism，and firmly promoting the reform of relevant key areas （pilot projects）. On the basis of clarifying the difficulties and problems，this paper puts forward a work plan for further deepening judicial reform.
