技术改变生活,中医作为传统医学也在积极拥抱新技术,中医医院正通过积极开展“互联网+”服务,提升患者就医体验。本文分别从医疗机构“互联网+”建设视角和患者对“互联网+”服务感知视角,采取点面结合的方式,对北京市三级中医医院(含中医医院、中西医结合医院、中医专科医院、针灸医院,共24家)“互联网+”服务情况展开调查。首先,调查了北京市三级中医医院在2019年1~6月主要“互联网+”服务平台(包括微博、微信公众号和小程序、App)的建设情况,并通过与2017年的发展情况进行对比,分析北京市中医医院“互联网+”服务的发展趋势。其次,通过对广安门医院“互联网+”服务的现场调研,以患者视角探寻中医医院“互联网+”医疗服务体验的发展现状。调查结果显示,不同中医医院“互联网+”服务情况存在显著差异,中医医院“互联网+”服务的主要平台正在从微博端向微信端发展,中医医院“互联网+”就医体验存在可提升空间。
<<from the perspective of “Internet+” construction of medical institutions and patients of “Internet+” service awareness respectively,this study investigates “Internet+” service situation of Beijing tertiary hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine(including traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,hospitals which combines traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine,hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine & Acupuncture,a total of 24). Different TCM hospitals have significant differences in “Internet+” service situation. The main platform of “Internet+” service of TCM hospitals is developing from weibo terminal to WeChat terminal,and there is room for the improvement of “Internet+” patient experience of TCM hospitals.
