本文以解放军第九七〇医院输血科现状为例，从临床输血、血液管理、血液技术、基础研究等方面梳理输血科现状及面临的瓶颈，并提出相应的对策，包括争取政策倾斜，与检验科共生存、与临床科共进退，学习“大V”，找到能力缺陷并力争提升等措施。
<<Taking the current situation of blood transfusion department in a third-class hospital as a personal example of an effective means，the authors expounds the bottleneck problems encountered in the development from blood bank to transfusion department，and from one branch of clinical laboratory to key specialty discipline，here we sharesthe minor innovations and achievements made in response to these problems.
