本文在分析无源超高频RFID技术在血液物联网应用需求的基础上，介绍了血液行业中血液物联网建设的基本现状，以及无源超高频RFID技术在血液采集制备、血液交接、血液储存、血液冷链监控、临床血袋核销等各个业务环节中的应用实践，同时思考将RFID技术应用于血液行业标准建设、体系集成等问题。最后本文对基于无源超高频RFID技术的血液物联网应用的未来发展趋势进行展望。
<<On the basis of analysis about application requirements of blood Internet of Things（IoT）based on passive UHF Radio Frequency IDentification（RFID）technology，the paper illustrates the current construction situation of blood IoT，and application practice of blood business scenarios with RFID，such as collection and component preparation，handover，storage，cold-chain monitoring，refuse disposal. This paper also presents the consideration of challenges about RFID standards and IoT architecture integration. Finally，the future trend of blood IoT construction based on passive UHF RFID technology is given.
