In order to investigate the status of matched transfusion of RhCcDEe antigens in Zhejiang Province，we collected the data by means of questionnaire survey and literature inquiry and analyzed. The results showed that the work on matched transfusion of RhCcDEe antigens progressed slowly in Zhejiang Province，mainly carried out in the provincial capital cities where the dominant medical institutions were concentrated. The scale of basic red blood cell stock was the bottleneck restricting the promotion of matched transfusion of RhCcDEe antigens. Breaking the passive situation requires not only the guidance of industry norms and the attention of hospitals，but also strengthening interaction between the department of blood transfusion and local blood station. Only striving for the allocation of blood to high-quality medical resources concentrated areas from blood station can we break through the bottleneck restricting matched transfusion of RhCcDEe antigens and further ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
