Objective：In order to understand the present situation of transfusion physicians in the province，the clinical use of blood in medical institutions and the present situation of blood transfusion departments，It provides a scientific basis for the health administration department to formulate the training plan of transfusion physicians and to strengthen the standardized management of clinical use of blood and the construction of blood transfusion department（blood bank）in the whole province. Method：The Heilongjiang Clinical Blood Transfusion Medical quality Control Center，the first affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University，commissioned by the Medical Administration and Management Department of the Heilongjiang Provincial Health and Health Commission，conducted a number of investigations throughout the province.. At the same time，the blood transfusion safety technology verification was carried out in the medical institutions which used a large amount of blood in the whole province Results：The data from the survey are shown in table 1-17. The various datas of investigation objectively reflect the present situation of transfusion physicians in our province，the management of blood use in medical institutions，and the development and construction of blood transfusion departments（blood banks）.
