本文对2018年全国输血相容性检测室间质评项目进行统计分析，对室间质评项目的发展、质控品设置方案、室间质评的评价标准、2015年至2018年度质控结果、各参评实验室分布、质控检测试剂体系分布及室间质评中发现的问题进行全面的总结分析，在此基础上发现参评实验室存在的问题，并提出全国输血相容性检测空间质量评价的工作方向。
<<In this article，we introduce the development of the EQA project，design of control materials，and the determine of evaluation standard. We also analyze the distribution of the participating laboratories and the system of testing reagent. The summarize of the results of EQA from 2015 to 2018 are included，as well as the problems we founded in the project.
