This report systematically introduces the basic situation and relevant data of blood collection and supply work in Pingliang in 2018，including the basic situation of blood stations，blood collection and supply situation，information construction of blood collection and supply，composition preparation，blood testing，blood scrap，quality management and the present status of clinical blood transfusion management. This paper introduces the “Pingliang characteristic” blood donation without compensation，analysing the existing problems and challenges，aiming at provideing reference experience for accelerating the development of blood collection and supply in the city，and putting forward corresponding suggestions on the implementation of the main responsibility of the government for blood donation without compensation，personnel establishment and personnel training.
