This report collects the basic data of blood collection and supply in Wanzhou area from 2016 to 2018，and focuses on the relevant data of 2018. It expounds the promotion of the joint blood donation joint conference system in districts and counties，and the preparation of Rh（D）negative ice. The important role of red blood cells and collecting apheresis platelets for the protection of clinical blood use，raised the serious challenge of guaranteeing the clinical use of blood and safe blood transfusion，and implementing the “Chongqing Blood Donation Regulations”（2017 revision），etc. Relevant regulations and regulations point out the focus of our work for some time to come.
