14 blood banks and 26 single-blood plasma stations have been built in the Guangxi. From 2008，all blood was donated without compensation. And enough to clinical need according toimproving the leadership systemandmechanism，set up plans for institutions，developing the capacity，energizing the the quality of management system and monitoring，intensifing theconstructionandsecuritysystem，strengthening the information-based construction. “four inspections one censorship” we can finish the daily management，and built a complete system of blood protection. By the way a network of information was been found，and methods of innovative in blood were explored. In the future，cooperation，intelligent construction，scientific innovation，administrative and self-restraint are development of Guangxi blood institution.
