The report based on the survey data of 26 blood banks in order to understand the current situation，achievements，issues and challenges of blood collection and supply in Guizhou Province in 2018，which analysed the fundamental state of blood transfusion services institutes，blood collection，supply and testing，propaganda and recruitment of voluntary blood donation，quality system construction，guarantees of blood emergency，counterpart assistance and so on。The report as well as offer some suggestions，such as staff management，infrastructure construction，internal quality control and information management，which provide some references for the healthy development of blood collection and supply all the city.
