In this paper，9 blood collection and supply organizations in Qinghai Province were selected as the research object，and the status of blood collection and supply in Qinghai Province from 2013 to 2018 was evaluated by means of questionnaire survey，data collection and data analysis. By analyzing the infrastructure construction，blood collection and supply，blood testing，human resource situation of 9 blood supply organizations，We summarize the main work such as the quality management system of blood station，network informatization，the function of two provincial blood quality control centers，the supervision and inspection of blood safety in the whole province，and the present situation of the development of blood donation. This paper analyzes the existing problems and difficulties，and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of long-term mechanism，propaganda of blood donation in ethnic minority areas，class I guarantee and class ii management of blood stations，information construction of blood station and hospital，etc.
