随着我国无偿献血事业的快速发展,采供血机构后勤工作标准化、规范化、科学化的管理,对推动我国无偿献血事业的快速发展起到重要的保障作用。但是,我国采供血机构后勤管理工作存在的一系列问题,制约着采供血工作的长效发展。如何突破瓶颈,实现快速发展,为采供血工作进一步提供优质、高效的保障服务成为我国采供血行业后勤管理亟须解决的问题。本研究通过对我国采供血行业后勤管理存在的问题进行深入分析和总结,探讨制约因素,并提出相应的对策,以期推动采供血行业后勤管理工作的快速发展,为采供血行业发展提供有力支持。
<<with the rapid development of unpaid blood donation in China,the standardized,normalized and scientific management of blood collection and supply institutions plays an important role in promoting the rapid development of unpaid blood donation in China. However,a series of problems existing in the logistics management of blood collection and supply institutions in China which restrict the long-term development of blood collection and supply. How to break through the bottleneck,realize the rapid development and provide the high quality and high efficient guarantee service for the blood collection and supply has become an urgent problem to be solved in the logistics management of the blood collection and supply in our country. This study analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the logistics management of blood collection and supply in China,and probes into the constraints. Factors,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the rapid development of logistics management in the blood collection and supply industry,and provide strong support for the development of the blood collection and supply.
