A questionnaire，which included 17 items categorized as abnormal donation reactions or incidents in blood collection-supply，was designed by the Working Party for Haemovigilance，Chinese Society of Blood Transfusion（CSBT）in 2018，launched a nation-wide investigation on current status of haemovigilance in blood collection-supply institutions. This chapter analyzes data from 101 blood stations（20 blood centers and 81 central blood stations）in 31 provinces，autonomous regions and municipals of China，summarizes current status and problems of haemovigilance in blood collection-supply industry，and proposes precise suggestions and prospects of blood safety，facilitating policy-making for health authorities，establishing nation-level haemovigilance systems，as well as instructions for haemovigilance practice in all blood collection-supply institutions in China.
