The integrated medical model in Black Forest Golden Valley of Germany is highly recommended by many international authoritative health policy research institutions. This report discusses the operation mechanism of integrated medical model in Black Forest Golden Valley from four aspects，including organization models，incentive models，medical models and continuous improvement mechanism. Finally，the implications of the Black Forest Model for China’s value-oriented medical reform pilot is discussed.
