In recent years，the construction of museums of family traditions and instructions has been vigorously promoted all over Luoyang city，which has actually been integrated into the project of inheriting Chinese traditional culture and the innovation system of carrying forward culture all over the city. In the meantime，great importance has been attached to these museums with the creation of mass civilization as the focus of the construction. In the construction，the feudal dregs were discarded to keep pace with the times. Communist Party building was given a close consideration through setting up good examples，in addition，various activities were organized outside the museum to publicize，all of which have gained good social results. Nevertheless，neither enough nor colorful activities and the monotonic propaganda still constitute the main problem. We should，on the basis of deeply excavating and sorting out the outstanding traditional cultural resources in Luoyang，give full play to the advantages of multi-platform publicity，combine with the existing mass cultural activities，combine with the moral construction of the young people’s ideology and give full expression of typical characters，thus，can we use good family traditions to make the whole society function well.
