In 2017，focusing on the strategic target and missions promoted about culture in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and under the leadership of the provincial party committee and the provincial government，the cultural industry has been further improved in overall strength and competitiveness，showing a relatively comprehensive pattern of development. This paper summarizes the following aspects covering the added value of cultural industries throughout society，the steadily developed cultural and culture-relevant industries of a certain large scales，existing problems and the relevant solutions and measures. It expounds the remarkable achievements of culture and related industries in Henan province，and the important role played by the culture in promoting the sustained and healthy development of national economy and promoting social civilization and progress.
