In recent years，great attention has been given to the love of reading to build a nation of avid readers. Focusing on the theme of “loving reading all over Zhongyuan，building a nation of avid readers and making Henan a civilized province”，Henan provincial party committee and government encouraged to carry out all kinds of activities theme with reading and let reading love prevail over seven places of enterprises，villages，offices，campuses，communities，military camps and networks. A nationwide reading system is being built up quickly and it will promote a universal reading atmosphere in the new era. Nevertheless，in implementing the project of reading love，there still exist some aspects to be improved，which are the reading management，reading popularization，brand making and legislative guarantee. Suggestions are given as follows：to establish a long-term mechanism，strengthen management，combine with the actual work to improve the reading effect，summarize reading experience and lessons to build a reading brand，and introduce relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible.
