Focusing on the construction of Chinese historical and cultural heritage innovation zone，guided by the target of building Henan into the national important cultural highland and acting in accordance with the requirement of making the relics come alive，Henan province advanced the relic reform to streamline administration，improve regulation while providing better services，comprehensively improved laws and regulations，established a long-term mechanism for protecting cultural relics and created new ways to protect relics and widen the value of cultural relics. Nowadays，Henan has walked out a way to protect and utilize cultural relics with Henan characteristics in line with Henan provincial conditions. On the basis of the existing work，it is necessary to strengthen work planning，find the right key points and improve the work system，integrate cultural relics work into the overall situation of economic and social development so as to make greater contributions to the more brilliant Zhongyuan.
