This report takes R&D input and innovation output as the main evaluation dimensions to study and analyze the innovation capability of Zhongguancun NEEQ enterprises. The results show that the total R&D expenditure and the average R&D expenditure have rebounded in 2018，mainly due to the increase of R&D expenditure of the whole enterprises. There is a significant positive correlation between corporate profitability and R&D investment，and the transformation ability of enterprise innovation achievements has been effectively improved. The number of patent applications and patent authorizations in innovative achievements of enterprises has steadily improved. The number of PTC applications has increased sharply to 17，which is 7.5 times higher than that in 2017. The innovative output results show that the internationalization strategic layout of Zhongguancun NEEQ has been carried out efficiently，and the innovative ability has been appreciated by the international market.
