It’s the prominent feature of the mature development in Urban Agglomeration to build the industrial cooperation system between cities. Based on regional industrial distribution theory，this paper analyzes the spatial development patterns of industrial division and cooperation in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration. Then it puts forward the measures and suggestions on taking up new patten of industrial division and cooperation in order to promote industrial integration，including establishing the leading industry position of cities in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration，implementing the industrial gradient division and allocation and fostering industrial cluster.
