In order to further understanding facilities development present situation of cities and counties in our country and better guiding the construction of the whole industrial chain of big health，the project team developed Kangyang facilities evaluation system based on four dimensions，on the basis of data collection，case analysis and expert discussion. The main body consists of medical resource allocation，elderly service facilities，health facilities and elderly service industry. And on the basis of this system，our team collected materials of more than 2000 cities（counties）related to Kangyang facilities evaluation，then cleaned，carded，constructed database and complemented in view of the materials，and ranked Kangyang facilities equipped with conditions according to the actual situation of the county. Finally，the regional distribution rules of Kangyang facilities such as medical resources and old-age service facilities are discussed，which provides theoretical support for city（county）governments to perfect their health care facilities and create a big health environment according to the “health+” and “health +” modes.
