The Kangyang resources play a basic and key role in the whole Kangyang system，and it is an important support for the development of the Kangyang industry. This report comprehensively adopts text analysis method，expert scoring method and field research method to carry out research and evaluation on Kangyang resources in the whole country. In a solid survey of more than one year，we have tried to construct a comprehensive evaluation and measurement system from three aspects of material resources，forest and grass resources and water resources. Finally，50 strong counties were selected from the whole country，covering 19 provinces. On this basis，the present situation and future development of the Kangyang industry in China are set up after a series of analysis. At present，the national Kangyang industry is still in the primary stage of development，and the selection of 50-strong counties of Kangyang resources has a stimulating effect on better and faster development of the national Kangyang industry，and has an encouraging effect on the government to develop their local Kangyang industry.
