In recent years，population aging，sub-health，ecological environment deterioration and other problems keep emerging，China is challenged both by environmental problems and health problems. Among them，the environment，as an important factor affecting human health and longevity，has become an important basis for the development of regional Kangyang industry. By adopting expert scoring method，network data collection method and field research method，we investigate the development of Kangyang environment in China（mainland）mainly from climate and cultural environment aspects. This study constructs a Kangyang environment index system，based on which all counties in China（mainland）are evaluated，and obtains the top 50 Kangyang environment counties. The study shows that the climate environment is an important prerequisite for the formation of Kangyang resources，and the cultural environment is conducive to the creation of a good cultural atmosphere，which helps to promote the development of Kangyang industry on the basis of the climate environment. It contributes to provide theoretical and technical support for the scientific layout and reasonable development of Kangyang industry.
