Northeast Asia is currently the most important region in the world with vitality for economic development，political sensitivity and cultural diversity. Northeast Asia development and cooperation is the focus of research and implementation by all parties in the region. With the acceleration of globalization and regionalization，due to the influence of multiple factors such as politics，history，security and nature，deepening regional cooperation in Northeast Asia has encountered unprecedented resistance，and regional deep development and integration have stagnated to some extent. From the global perspective，China’s “the Belt and Road Initiative” has injected new momentum for the development and cooperation in Northeast Asia.
