Lintao County through top-level design to lead the industrial poverty alleviation，industry cultivation，expand the way to become rich，expand the main body to extend the industrial chain，prevent risks to solve the worries，typical leading innovative industrial poverty alleviation model and other measures，industrial poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable results. It is mainly manifested in the following aspects：the new achievements of industry precision strategy，the steady progress of project construction，the new breakthrough of modern agriculture，the new step of industrial economy，the new vigor of the tertiary industry and so on. On this basis，the paper constructs the theory system of farmers’ livelihood response in the process of industry poverty alleviation，including the comprehensive response of farmers’ livelihood，the response of livelihood capital，the response of livelihood mode，and the response of livelihood output. This paper analyzes the characteristics of farmers’ livelihood response in Lintao County’s industrial poverty alleviation from the aspects of livelihood spatial response，and makes an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of farmers’ livelihood response in industrial poverty alleviation，and puts forward that the dominant industry should be strengthened. Improving the working ability of the two committees and the cadres of helping the poor，improving the social relations of the farmers，raising the education level of the farmers，and raising the social security level of the farmers，etc.，to improve the degree of farmers’ livelihood response in the industrial poverty alleviation.
