进入2018年,作为移动端新兴的传播方式,短视频在世界范围内形成了现象级的传播。与此同时,短视频在国内的起步、博兴与发展也颇具本地特征和在地化实践特色。基于此,本报告追溯和概括了短视频发展的四个主要时期,目前在国内遇到的问题与发展瓶颈,以及未来发展需要做出的调整和规范。本文认为,短视频发展时期为初熟期和汇入期,在强监管语境下短视频目前发展瓶颈明显,未来短视频发展亟须在价值和规范上做出调整探索。
<<As a new mode of communication at the mobile end,mobile video has formed a world-wide distribution in 2018. While almost at the same time,mobile video blooms in China with local characteristics and practice. In this report,we summarize the four main periods of mobile video’s development in China,analyze the core problems and bottlenecks under the strong regulation,and point out the adjustments needed for the future development.
