    中国营地教育的基本面貌、创新特色与发展前景

    摘要

    营地教育是一种创新性的教育形式。它起源于美国,至今已在主要发达国家得到长足的发展,乃至被纳入了国民教育体系之中。促进青少年身心健康成长,为学校教育注入活力、成为学校教育的有效补充和延伸,是营地教育的社会价值与使命。新中国成立以来,中国营地教育经历了精英培育期、社会资金涌入期再到探索活跃期的三个发展阶段,形成了专设营地教育、研学旅行教育、主题营地教育的三种主要模式,并呈现出主要位于发达城市及地区、成立年限较短、属于中高端消费产品等特点。作为营地教育行业领军者,启行营地教育精心打造了传统营会、定制营会与论坛、社会公益营会、国家级研学基地、咨询与培训营会五种产品服务,为学校教育注入了社会教育的活力,代表了中国营地教育的鲜明创新特色。新时代,在国家政策红利、多产业融合的背景下,中国营地教育保持着蓬勃的发展势头,迎来了如火如荼的发展前景。

    Abstract

    Camp education is an innovative educational model,which originated from the U.S. and has been very well developed in most developed nations,having been a part of some national education systems. It is its social value and mission to promote juveniles’ healthy growth,inject vitality into school education and become an effective extension of school education. Since the founding of People’s Republic of China,China’s camp education has experienced three periods including elite cultivation,influx of capital,and active exploration,which forms three major models such as special camp based education,study tours based education,and subject oriented camp education. The products and services are mainly designed for medium-and high-end consumers in some developed cities and districts. As a leader in this area,Qixing Camp Education has built five kinds of services including traditional camps,custom-tailored camps and forums,social welfare camps,national research bases,and consultation and training camps to inject social vitality for school education. In the new era,with the support of national policy and integration of multiple industries,China’s camp education has maintained a sound momentum and will further usher in its bright prospects.
