    为儿童提供更优质的活动——北京市校外教育“三个一”活动案例分析

    摘要

    项目是校外教育机构的育人载体,是连接学生、教师、管理者的纽带。创新项目、特色项目、精品项目三者之间既有区别,又有联系;三者既平行,又递进,相辅相成,有机统一。以优质项目建设促进各校外教育机构特色发展,有利于调动每个校外教育机构各职能部门的积极性,有利于整体提升教育教学质量,有利于优质项目传承与发展。在市教委的领导下,北京市校外教育“三个一”活动领导小组办公室通过统筹规划、培训指导、机制建设、研制标准、队伍建设、一线调研等工作的开展,让“三个一”活动发挥校外教育活动育人优势。在各个项目建设过程中,均应结合本专业将核心素养具体化,精心设计课程,坚持活动育人,坚持兴趣培养,坚持个性化教育,让学生学习成果显著,让学生专业素养和综合素质有明显提高,让学生有沉甸甸的实际获得感。

    Abstract

    Programs designed by out-of-school educational organizations are the links between students,teachers and managers. Innovative programs,characteristics programs and competitive programs are different but also connected as a whole. Quality programs can promote the characteristic development of various out-of-school educational organizations,encourage every functional department of those organizations to participate in and upgrade the overall teaching quality and function for the inheritance and development of quality programs. Under the leadership of the municipal educational committee,the leading group of Beijing’s out-of-school education has made a master plan,training guidance,mechanism construction,standards research,team building,and on-site investigation to give full play to these out-of-school activities. In the process of developing the programs,student’s core competencies have become specific,with a well-designed curriculum and individual focused education to achieve remarkable outcomes and to upgrade each student’s professional capability and comprehensive quality.
