    中国博物馆青少年教育工作的探索与实践

    摘要

    在我国政府的强力推动下,我国博物馆的“社会教育与服务职能”已经超越了“文物收藏与研究职能”,上升成为博物馆的第一职能。当前,在中国博物馆社会教育专业常见的教育形式可分为讲解、讲座、教育活动和教育课程等,而其根本则在于将博物馆的社会教育与学校和家庭教育融合发展,传承中国历史的丰厚物质文化遗产,并以此为基础对青少年进行家国情怀教育。我国博物馆社会教育专业得到国家战略支持,中国政府对博物馆青少年教育工作的投入力度、政策和资金支持不断加大,使得博物馆青少年教育的资源更加便捷,服务更加专业;教育的形式更加多元,内容更加新颖;“馆校合作”趋势日益明显,成果也非常显著。通过大量的探索与实践,博物馆老师和学校老师共同摸索出一套有自身教学特点的有效教学模式。我国博物馆在开展青少年教育工作中所取得的经验和做出的努力,可以为其他博物馆社会教育事业的发展提供可借鉴的模式。

    Abstract

    Owing to the support of Chinese government,China’s museums now have more functions. Rather than just being a collection and study on historic relics,social education and services have become the primary function of museums. Currently,the most common form of social education in museums is interpretation,lectures,educational activities and a relevant designed curriculum. The discipline of museum social education in universities aims to combine social education in museums with family education,so as to learn from the rich tangible and intangible cultural heritages of Chinese history,as well as to have patriotic education for teenagers. The Chinese government has thus devoted a large sum of funds to support teenagers’ education in museums,offering more convenient resources and professional services with more diversified educational models and more innovative contents. Remarkable achievements have been made in the cooperation between museums and schools. Teachers have discovered a set of effective teaching models with their own characteristics according to daily practices. The efforts and achievements we made have accumulated precious experience for the development of teenagers’ social education in museums.
