Based on the development orientation of Tianjin’s vocational education in the context of the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region，this paper comprehensively combed remarkable achievements Tianjin made in the teachers training，professional construction，cooperation between production and education，and scientific research by fully using the educational resources and excellent achievements of the national modern vocational education reform and innovation demonstration zone against a series of related policies from 2015 to 2017. Based on the core issues that constrain the coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei，this paper analyzed the new demands of vocational education in Tianjin and proposed the three main tasks of Tianjin’s vocational education under the current situation of collaborative development of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei：Strengthen the top-level design to serve for the development of vocational education in Xiong’an New Area to alleviate the pressure of the capital of Beijing；Run schools jointly to strengthen the endogenous motivation of the vocational education development in Hebei；Deepen the integration of production and education，and give play to the influence of cross-regional vocational education alliance. Besides，centering on issues existing in the current process of collaborative development of vocational education，the research proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the innovation of resource flow mechanism，the reform of financial budget and taxation policies，and the creation of the modern vocational education system in Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei.
