    京津冀协同背景下北京市民办中小学教育发展状况

    摘要

    在京津冀协同发展的背景下,北京定位于“四个中心”和国际一流的和谐宜居之都,在此环境下,北京市民办中小学教育发展不仅面临机遇,也面临挑战。北京市民办中小学教育在北京基础教育领域所占规模较小,但是民办中小学积极探索创新,丰富了教育生态,为社会提供了一定的教育资源供给,满足了部分家庭的选择性教育需求,为教育改革与创新发展积累了一定的经验。与此同时,北京市民办中小学教育发展也存在一定的问题,如民办中小学教育的整体发展水平还难以满足社会多样性教育需求的问题、民办学校教师队伍建设问题及同质化发展问题等。新的时期,北京市民办中小学教育应进一步加强创新探索,探索差异化发展空间,加强京津冀区域的交流与合作,加强队伍建设和品牌建设,提升北京市民办中小学教育发展的整体水平,为满足社会经济发展需求和实现首都教育现代化做出积极贡献。

    Abstract

    In the context of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Beijing is positioned to build the “Four Centers” and the world-class harmonious and livable capital. Against this backdrop,the development of Beijing’s private primary and secondary schools faces both opportunities and challenges. Though taking a limited share in the basic education,the private primary and secondary schools in Beijing are making active explorations to enrich the education ecology and offer the society certain education supplies,thus satisfying selective education demands of some families and offering lessons to the education reform and innovative development. Meanwhile,there are issues in the educational development of private primary and secondary schools in Beijing,such as inability of its overall development level to meet the demands of diversified education of the society,establishment of teacher teams and homogeneous development. In the new era,Beijing’s private primary and secondary schools should further strengthen innovation and exploration,explore differentiated development space,strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,reinforce the team building and brand building,and enhance the overall education level,thus making positive contributions to meeting the needs of social and economic development and realizing the educational modernization of the capital city.
