基于雄安新区中小学基本信息统计表,课题组采用社会科学SPSS的分析方法,从雄安新区教师队伍、校舍设施、学生现状、信息化建设等四个方面进行统计分析。采用相关和差异分析方法,又对雄安新区学校师生比、生均操场面积、生均建筑面积进行了关联计算。为了对问卷调查进行有效补充,课题组分别组织召开了四次座谈会。基于上述调研,课题组认为,雄安新区基础教育的现状是:学校类型多样化;教师结构不合理;生均经费不均衡;学校规模差异大;办学条件不充分;信息化水平较低。课题组从加快改善办学条件、提升教师专业化水平、加快优质高中建设、加大教育信息化设施建设、加大教育经费投入五个方面提出政策建议。
<<Based on the basic information statistics table of primary and secondary schools in Xiong’an New Area,the research team used the social science SPSS analysis method to analyze the teacher’s team,school facilities,students’ status quo and information construction. With the correlation and difference analysis method,it conducted correlation calculation of the teacher-student ratio,per-student playground area and per-student building area of schools in the Xiong’an New Area. In order to effectively supplement the questionnaire,the research team organized four symposia. Based on the above research,the research team believes that the status quo of basic education in Xiong’an New Area is:(I)Diversified school types;(II)unreasonable structure of teacher allocation;(III)uneven per-student budget;(IV)greatly varying school sizes;(V)insufficient conditions for running a school;and(VI)low informatization level. The research team proposed policy recommendations from six aspects:Speeding up the improvement of school conditions,upgrading the professional level of teachers,accelerating the construction of high-quality high schools,increasing the construction of informationized education facilities,and increasing investment in education.
