The future industrial development of Beijing City Sub-Centers will generate demands of a large number of talents. Based on the targeted research of key parks and projects in the city sub-centers，and relevant literature data，this study adopted the comparative analysis method to predict the demand quantity of vocational education talents in Beijing City Sub-Centers. The research results showed that the city sub-centers would have heavy demand of professional talents in financial services，headquarters economy，and cultural tourism.
