我国经济进入新常态,经济下行压力加大,资源、劳动力、物流等成本的上涨推高企业成本和产业新城建设成本。在此背景下,产业新城如何吸引企业入驻、如何运营获得更大利润,对产业新城顺利发展起着重要作用。因此,探讨产业新城运营模式成为必要。按照产业新城开发运营主体性质的不同,结合运营特点,我国产业新城运营模式可分为政企联合运营模式、地产+投资运营模式、服务运营模式。依托案例从运营特点、服务体系、盈利来源等方面对三种运营模式进行概述。在此基础上,提出产业新城运营创新发展对策建议。
