    中国文化国际传播与影响力报告(2018)

    摘要

    以2017~2018年度国际文化产品的贸易总数量和总金额为考察对象,中国文化产品,无论是以图书、期刊和报纸为媒介的传统纸质文化产品,还是以音像和电子产品为媒介的电子文化产品,在国际文化贸易中均不占优势。在数字出版物领域,进口总金额甚至是出口总金额的260。88倍;我国电视节目进出口业务体现了以亚洲为重、其他地区为辅的特征,对旅游业出入境游客总数及地域分布的考察也显示了相同的结论;孔子学院和孔子课堂有效促进了中国文化国际传播与影响力。考察显示,2017~2018年度,中国文化在国际传播过程中展现了三个方面的问题:文化“走出去”展现了以哲学社会科学为主、其他文化类书籍为辅的问题;较之文化产品输出所展现的文化多样性,文化产品引进缺乏文化多样性,体现了以英美文化为主、文化多样性不足的问题;以电视节目进出口以及旅游业为媒介的中国文化国际传播展现了“世界意识”不足的问题。基于对2017~2018中国文化国家传播与影响力的现状与问题的考察与分析,本报告认为,为了推动中国文化国际传播,提升中国文化国际影响力,我们需要从三个方面努力。其一,在文化“走出去”过程中,推动中国传统文化的现代化转型,提高中国文化在国际传播过程中的传播有效性;增强外来文化输入的多样性,进一步扩大对外开放,有效推动外来文化的中国传播,在双向互动中扩大中国文化国际影响力;以跨界传播为基础,推动大众文化走出亚洲,走向世界。

    Abstract

    Targeting at the international commercial totality of Chinese cultural products in 2017-2018,the report finds that the Chinese cultural products as the forms of books,periodicals and newspaper and of video and electronica products do not stay advantageous position in international trade of cultural products,for example,the total import amount is 260.88 times of the total export amount. The import and exports of television program shows that the main commercial activities happen in Asian and so do the tourism. The Confucian institute and classroom in 2017-2018 distribute equally in the whole globe,the size is enlarging,teaching quality is improving,the function of the Confucian institute and the Confucian classroom is enriching,and the teaching condition is also improving. The report finds that there are three main problems concerning Chinese cultural international communication and influence. As to the cultural going-out,it mainly focuses on the theme of philosophy and social science,the other themes have been neglected;as to the export of cultural products,the focus of cultural commercial activities in the import field needs more cultural diversity;as to the import and export of television program,Chinese cultural international communication needs to have more world consciousness. Basing on the exploration of the present situation and problems concerning Chinese cultural international communication and influence,the report submits three proposals. As to the Chinese cultural going-out,it should accelerate modern transformation of the Chinese culture itself,as to the import of foreign culture,it should enlarge the concept and understanding of “culture” and have more diversity;as to the the international communication,it should go out of Asia and go into the world by the form of “culture +”.
