From 2017 to 2018，the investment in China’s cultural undertakings has grown steadily，providing a more solid ground for the development of cultural undertakings. China’s cultural undertakings have achieved remarkable results. The macro-governance capacity of cultural undertakings has been continuously strengthened，and cultural poverty alleviation work has been making notable progress. The inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture has reached a new level. The foothold of promoting the development of cultural undertakings vigorously is to meet the mental and cultural needs of the people，and the cultural acquisition of the Chinese people has been significantly improved，but there is an unbalance between the cultural supply provided by public cultural facilities and the cultural needs of the people. Therefore，it is necessary to improve effective balance between public cultural services supply and demand from both ends of the problem：cultural supply and cultural demand.
