在京津冀协同发展战略和2022年举办冬奥会的有利契机下,京津冀体育休闲产业互补发展、协同发展迎来重要机遇期。近年来京津冀体育休闲产业增加值及其占比呈现显著积极变化,各项惠民便民体育休闲举措扎实有序推进,旨在实现体育休闲产业协同发展的政策体系日趋完善,群众居民消费潜力不断释放。然而,由于经济社会发展不平衡性问题依然突出、产业发展基础不同步性明显,京津冀体育休闲产业协同发展仍受到不利影响。基于此,为有效地推进京津冀体育休闲产业协同发展,本文着重从体制机制建设和改革、更好地发挥政府和市场作用等视角提出对应的政策建议。
<<With the opportunity of coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region and the 2022 winter olympic games,sport leisure industry among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei ushered in an important period of complementary and coordinated development. The added value of sport leisure industry and its proportion showed significant positive changes in recent years,and various measures benefiting people’s sport leisure demand are carried out in a solid and orderly manner. Policy system aiming to realize the coordinated development of sport leisure industry is improving,and public consumption potential has been released constantly. However,due to the prominent imbalanced development of economy,foundation of industrial development is not synchronized,sport leisure industry among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is still affected by several negative factors. Based on these,the article puts forward corresponding policy suggestions from the perspectives of institutional construction and reform,and the proper role of government and market,in order to promote the coordinated development of sport leisure industry among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region effectively.
