With the opportunity of coordinated development of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei region and the 2022 winter olympic games，sport leisure industry among Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei ushered in an important period of complementary and coordinated development. The added value of sport leisure industry and its proportion showed significant positive changes in recent years，and various measures benefiting people’s sport leisure demand are carried out in a solid and orderly manner. Policy system aiming to realize the coordinated development of sport leisure industry is improving，and public consumption potential has been released constantly. However，due to the prominent imbalanced development of economy，foundation of industrial development is not synchronized，sport leisure industry among Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei is still affected by several negative factors. Based on these，the article puts forward corresponding policy suggestions from the perspectives of institutional construction and reform，and the proper role of government and market，in order to promote the coordinated development of sport leisure industry among Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei region effectively.
