Similar with the development pattern of leisure agriculture in the world，China’s leisure agriculture has entered a high-speed development stage after the per capita GDP has exceeded 8000 US dollars. However，limited by multiple factors such as land institutions，leisure agriculture in China is facing with serious obstacles：unstable property rights，operating losses and touching upon the red line of cultivated land. It is urgent for the central government to delimit leisure agriculture zones according to the characteristics of leisure agriculture development，reform the land system，formulate the construction standards of leisure agriculture，aiming at its healthy development.
