Under the background of the global economy growth and China’s GPD growth slowed down，but benefiting from the integration of culture and tourism，all-area tourism-based development，smart tourism，Belt and Road Initiative etc.，the consumption，the domestic and outbound number of Chinese residents’ tourism and leisure grew by a large margin. On the whole，Chinese residents’ tourism and leisure continue to maintain steady growth in 2018. Looking ahead to the year of 2019，the polices of integration of culture and tourism，all-area tourism-based development will promote effectively；new operational types and products of tourism and leisure will emerge in large numbers，and public service system，leisure space and time，tourism and leisure consumption will be improved increasingly. The domestic and outbound number of Chinese residents’ tourism and leisure will grow continuously in a high quality situation.
