Taking eight US-listed Chinese education service companies for example,the conditions of industry development are introduced from the perspectives of development history,financing and main business lines.There exist some problems such as non-effectively used capital financed from stock market and negative repercussion affected by over speed expansion.It is recommended to subdivide private education corporations into profit and non-profit work,regulate the registration of private training organizations,and define the attributions of enterprises. <<
